Terms of Service

What we provide
Florida LSV provides a registration service: we prepare and file the paperwork required to register an eligible golf cart as a Low Speed Vehicle in Florida, we manage the vehicle identification number assignment, and we deliver the resulting title, registration and license plate. We are not a government agency, we are not a law firm, and we are not an insurance agency.
What the compliance checker is
The checker produces an assessment based on the answers you give us. It is a guide, not a determination. The condition of your cart as we and the state actually see it governs the outcome, and answers that turn out to be inaccurate can change your result and your quote.
What you are responsible for
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you give us, for holding valid ownership of the cart, and for putting the required insurance in place before your registration is filed. You are responsible for operating the vehicle lawfully once it is registered, including compliance with the rules of the municipality you drive in.
Fees and refunds
Our registration service fee is quoted for your cart before you commit and does not change once quoted. State fees are separate and are passed through at cost. Conversion parts and installation, if your cart needs them, are quoted separately and require your approval before we proceed. If a package is rejected we fix it and refile at no additional service cost. If we cannot get your eligible cart registered, we refund the service fee.
Timelines
Most registrations are completed in one to three weeks from the point your document package is complete. Processing times outside our control, at state or county offices or in delivery, can extend that, and we do not guarantee a specific completion date.
