What we collect

When you use our compliance checker we collect your answers about the cart and, at the final step, your name, email address and phone number. When you start a registration we collect the documents and photographs you upload: images of the cart, the vehicle identification or serial number, your ownership document, receipts for conversion parts, and proof of insurance.

We do not ask for and do not want social security numbers, driver licence numbers, or payment card details through this website.

How we use it

We use your information to produce your compliance report, to prepare and file your registration package, and to contact you about your registration. If you consented at the checker, we may also contact you by email or text message about our services. You can opt out at any time by replying to any message or by contacting us.

Who we share it with

We share what is necessary with the state agencies and county offices that process your registration, and with the service providers that host our site, store your documents and send our email. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep registration records for as long as we need them to support your registration and to meet our record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will do so unless we are required to retain it.

Security

Documents you upload are stored in access-controlled storage. Your compliance report is reachable only through a private link containing a random token. It is not listed, not indexed by search engines, and not guessable.
